DeveloperDirect is a pre-construction marketplace for Ontario, Canada. The platform connects builders and buyers directly. It does not represent any builder, project, or development, and does not act as the buyer's agent. The buyer pays no fee to DeveloperDirect.
Builder listings
Project listings are published and maintained by builder sales teams. DeveloperDirect does not verify the accuracy of builder-supplied information beyond confirming that each listing is associated with a registered builder account. Always confirm project details directly with the builder before making any purchasing decision.
Intellectual property
The site, the calculator, the copy, the design, and the brand DeveloperDirect are owned by the operator. You may not reproduce or mirror substantial portions of the site without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." The operator is not liable for damages arising from reliance on calculator estimates, informational content, builder-supplied listing data, or AI document review output, except as required by law.
Changes
